The ground floor has a kitchen, living room and bathroom, while the first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is surrounded by a large yard. The covered terrace with grill is the right place to socialize and enjoy prepared meals. Bedroom with two single beds has air condition, while the rest of the house do not. WIFI, air conditioning and parking are included in the price. The area of the house is 150 m2, while the garden is 200 m2. The functional kitchen consists of a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a washing machine. Towels are available. In addition to the above, the house has a TV, barbecue, WIFI, private parking and air conditioning. One pet up to 25 kg is allowed in the house, and the extra charge is 10 euro per day. The village of Grižane is the perfect place if you want to spend your vacation in peace and quiet surrounded by nature. . The villa is located 10 minutes away by car from the nearby town of Crikvenica, which is right on the sea. There you will find a large number of restaurants, shops, cafes...
